Bug fix for correctly checking the configuration of the SVNURL configuration property. Thanks to devSolo for pointing this out in work item 1661.

Added discovering revisions based on the VSS metadata such as comments and the check-in time.
Added logging into log4net instead of only the console in order to better monitor specific types of events.

As per test, it seems this revision only supports VSS 2005 client on local machine. The quest to arrange multi-version compatibility continues.
